Businesses

Local businesses may opt to become "Z" businesses by
developing measures to provide an atmosphere of safety in the workplace and by supporting employees who have experienced
violence in their own lives. Businesses may sponsor in-service
trainings for employees about domestic violence or sexual
harassment/assault, post resource information, allow time
off for court proceedings, implement employee assistance
programs, and/or devise other measures.  Project Z has been
endorsed by the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce and numerous
businesses throughout Schuylkill County.
